That Council authorize the repeal of Interim Control By-law 306-2003.
Background
In evaluating other municipal practices and in response to provincial advancements in planning for the area, staff proposes to repeal ICBL 306-2003 to streamline the process for development or redevelopment within the corridor as the City supports growth and development in Brampton’s last remaining greenfield areas.
This is to remove controls on lands where the 413 is being built
